专利说明:
Description Field of the Invention The invention relates to a washing machine according to the preamble of claim 1. BACKGROUND [0002] EP 1 700 943 discloses a washing machine with a tub in which a drum is rotatably arranged about a horizontal axis of rotation. A user's door closes the tub from the front. In the door bellows a water nozzle is arranged to supply the drum process water. A special nozzle shape is used to distribute the water as evenly as possible to the laundry, although there is only limited space for the nozzle in the area of the door bellows. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to provide a washing machine of the type mentioned in the introduction, in which a good distribution of the process water supplied through the water nozzle is possible. This object is achieved by the washing machine according to claim 1. Accordingly, the washing machine has the following components: - A tub: The tub forms a space for receiving the process water. - A drum in the tub about a substantially horizontal axis of rotation arranged drum: The drum is used to hold the laundry to be cleaned. - One user door: This closes the tub user-side and over it has the user (when the door is open) access to the interior of the drum. - At least one stationary first water nozzle: This water nozzle is arranged so that process water can be introduced into the drum with it. The term "stationary" means that the water nozzle does not rotate with the drum. Next, the drum at the user door opposite the rear wall at least one non-axially arranged filling opening. The water nozzle is arranged so that water can be splashed from the outside to the back wall through it, such that at least part of this process water (i.e., the process water from the first water nozzle) enters the drum through the filler opening. A "non-axially arranged" filling opening is a filling opening, which lies outside the axis of rotation of the drum and is not penetrated by this. Preferably, this is to be understood as a filling opening, which is arranged radially spaced from the drive shaft of the drum. The term "spraying" describes the transport of water passing through an air gap, wherein the water pressure generating this process can also be very deep depending on the requirements (in particular depending on the jet direction and the desired water velocity). The invention is based on the idea to supply water to the drum through the filling opening on the back. Since the filling opening is arranged non-axially, this is done via the mentioned first water nozzle, which injects the water towards the rear wall. By this measure, the laundry can be well wetted especially in the rear of the drum. On the rear wall advantageously a filling chamber is provided, which communicates via the filling opening (s) with the interior of the drum. It is positioned so that it captures process water from the first water nozzle and temporarily absorbs it. The filling chamber thus acts, so to speak, as a temporary buffer for the process water, whereby the water flow between the first water nozzle and the drum interior can be improved. The proposed technique can be applied in particular to a drum on which equalizing tanks are arranged for balancing the drum, and at the rear side of which several filling rings are provided for preferably individual filling of the tank. In this case, the filling chamber can be filled via an annular region radially outside, between or within the filling rings. Advantageously, this area is located radially outside the filling rings, since in this case it has a larger area with the same radial extent, which makes it easier to fill a relatively large amount of process water from behind into the drum. In order to ensure a large flow of process water, several filling openings are advantageously provided on the rear wall of the drum. In addition to the first water nozzle, a stationary second water nozzle may be provided, with which process water can be injected from the front into the drum. As a result, the water entry can be made evenly. Modes for Carrying out the Invention Definitions: Terms such as "front," "rear," "front," "back," "forward," and "backward" are to be understood from a user's perspective, i. the user door is located at the front of the device and the back of the device is formed by the side opposite the door. A "substantially horizontal axis of rotation" is to be understood as an axis of rotation which, when the washing machine is mounted as intended, is inclined by not more than 30 °, in particular by not more than 10 °, to the horizontal. The terms "radial" and "tangential" are to be understood relative to the axis of rotation of the drum. Overview, First Embodiment: [0020] FIG. 1 shows some important components of a washing machine in the present context. In particular, the washing machine has a tub 1, which defines a space for receiving the process water. In the tub 1, a drum 2 is arranged, which is rotatable about a substantially horizontal axis of rotation 3. The tub is arranged elastically and attenuated deflectable in a housing of the washing machine in a known manner (not shown). The drum 2 is rotatably supported in the tub 2 via a drive shaft 4. On the drive shaft 4 engages a drive motor (not shown), with which the drum 2 can be driven for rotation about the rotation axis 3. At the front of the drum 2 and the tub 1, a user door 5 is arranged, which is sealed by an elastic bellows 6 against the tub 1. On the underside of the tub 1, a drain 7 is provided, with which process water of a pump assembly 8 can be supplied. With the pump assembly 8, the process water can e.g. be pumped into the drain or circulated. For the circulation of process water, the pump arrangement 8 has a circulation pump with which the process water can be supplied to a first and a second water nozzle 10, 11 via a circulation line 9 (shown only schematically in FIG. 1). The first water nozzle 10 is arranged at the rear wall 14 of the drum 2 and fixedly attached to the tub 1. It serves to introduce process water via the rear wall 14 in the drum. This will be described in more detail below. The second water nozzle 11 is also arranged stationary in the region of the bellows 6 and serves to inject water from the front into the drum 2. At the circulation line 9, a heater 15 may be provided to heat the process water which is circulated. As can be further seen from Fig. 1, 2 further nozzles 17 are arranged on the back of the drum, through which water can be injected in filling rings 18 on the drum rear side. This water is piped in Balancing tanks 19 guided on the drum 2 and serves to balance the drum during centrifugation of the laundry. Corresponding arrangements are known to the person skilled in the art, e.g. from EP 1 693 500 and EP 2 944 717 and will not be described in detail here. The operations in the device are controlled by a controller 20, which controls in particular the operation of the pump assembly 8, the heater 15 and the water nozzles 10, 11 and 17. The first water nozzle 10 is, as mentioned, the supply of process water from the back into the drum 2. For this purpose, it is arranged so that it can bring process water through filling openings 22 in the rear wall 14. In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, a filling chamber 24 is arranged on the rear wall 14, into which the water nozzle 10 injects the process water. From there, the process water passes through the openings 22 in the interior of the drum. 2 In order to be able to absorb the largest possible amount of process water, the filling chamber 24 forms a radially inner pocket 25a and / or a radially outer pocket 25b. Depending on the rotational speed of the drum and on location on the drum 2, process water from one or both pockets 25a, 25b can be collected and fed to the filling openings 22. In the embodiment of FIG. 1, the first water nozzle 10 injects the water in the axial direction from behind into the filling chamber 24. Advantageously, the filling chamber 24 extends over 360 ° about the axis of rotation 3 of the drum 2. Water, which is not directly at the first water nozzle 10, i. At the top, entering the drum 2, the filling chamber 24 can thus run downwards and enter the drum 2 through filling openings 22 located further down. In operation, the laundry is washed in the drum 2 by first process water is introduced via an inflow, not shown in the tub 1. The drum 2 is rotated only at a relatively low speed, and at the same time the process water from the drain 7 with the circulation pump via the circulation line 9 to the water nozzles 10, 11, over which it is transported from the front and back to the laundry, so that a uniform wetting of the laundry can be achieved. After completion of the actual washing process and after pumping out the process water, the laundry can optionally be centrifuged. In this phase, the drum 2 is rotated at a high rotational speed and it can be balanced in a known manner by water is introduced through the nozzles 17 in the surge tank 19. Second Embodiment: Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of the invention. This differs from the first embodiment in that the water from the first water nozzle 10 is injected radially into the filling chamber 24 and is collected there by the radially inner pocket 25a. In this case, the water nozzle 10 is arranged behind and radially outside the drum 2, for example on the jacket wall of the tub 1. Third embodiment: FIGS. 3 to 10 show a concrete third embodiment of the washing machine on the basis of the components on the rear wall 14 of the drum 2. Reference is first made to Fig. 3-5, which show the rear wall 14 of the drum, and a shaft attachment 30, the drive shaft 4 and a Füllringanordnung 31st The rear wall 14 is formed for example by a molded sheet, in which the mentioned non-axial inlet openings 22 are arranged. In the present example 3x4 such openings are provided. However, this number, as well as the shape and size, of the inlet openings 22 may vary. Advantageously, however, a plurality of inlet openings 22 are provided, which are distributed rotationally symmetrically about the axis of rotation 3 of the drum 2. On the rear wall 14, the aforementioned shaft attachment 30 is fixed, which in turn carries the drive shaft 4. The shaft attachment 30 according to the present embodiment has three attachment arms 32, which are connected to the rear wall 14 and meet in the middle to form the base for the drive shaft 4. In the mounting arms 32 are tubes 33 for supplying water to the surge tank 19 and for Wegfuhr of water from the same. The filler ring assembly 31 forms the filling chamber 24 and the filling rings 18. It is advantageous to an injection molded part made of plastic. Their structure will be described in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 6-10. In the middle of the Füllringanordnung 31, an opening 34 for receiving the drive shaft 4 is provided. Around them, the three filling rings 18 extend over which water can be filled into the equalizing tanks 19. Each filler ring 18 is connected to a pipe section 37 (FIGS. 6, 9), which in turn communicates with one of the pipes 33 (FIG. 5).
